I build every program around your personal goals that fit your schedule and daily life. Movement you enjoy, progress you can measure, consistency over perfection.
I'm a certified personal trainer and physical therapy technician, currently finishing my BS in Kinesiology at Arizona State University (graduating Spring 2027). My personal goals include improving my strength and athletic performance as well as continuing my education (starting PT school in Fall 2028).
I competed as a high school athlete in football, wrestling, and tennis, and volunteered with my school's sports medicine club. This experience shaped how I think about injury prevention, recovery, and training people as individuals, not bodies.
My approach starts with your personal goals, weak points, and exercise history. Every client gets a personalized program tracked week over week as well as regular communication with me. I do not give out meal plans but I will help guide you for your nutrition. Whether you're rehabbing an old injury, training for a sport, or just trying to move better day to day, we'll start with a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Get the body ready and the mind switched on.
Core & balance work to target weak points in your movement.
Plyometric & Sports Performance drills for speed and control.
The main strength work, tracked set by set.
Something you want to work on, if you'd like.
Bring things back down, mobility & recovery.
This structure stays the same every week, what changes is the exercises, load, and intensity based on your individual performance and feedback.
Fully custom programming, hands-on coaching, and a tracked plan built around your goals and schedule.
Weekly programming, form checks, and check-ins wherever you're training in the gym, home, or on the road.
A single, thorough program built for your goals, best if you just need a solid plan and a place to start.
